Welcome back to our 2008-2009 school year.  I'm your school nurse and I'm looking forward to helping all our students have a happy healthy year.  My office is located at Westward.  I will be posting the immunization requirements information, medication administration forms, plan of care forms for specific diseases or illnesses, drug testing forms etc.  Parents, if you have any questions about health care for your student please feel free to contact me at the school.

SWINE FLU
Symptoms of swine flu include fever, lethargy, lack of appetite, coughing, runny nose, sore throat, and sometimes nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, according to the CDC." Good handwashing and covering your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze. Staying home if you are running a fever with a combination of the above symptoms.
